Professors Alexander Lubotsky and Robert Beekes at the University of Leiden are busy digitizing a boat-load of Indo-European dictionaries, including Pokorny's Indogermanisches etymologisches Woerterbuch, Vasmer's Etimologicheskij slovar' russkogo jazyka, etc. Though the UI takes some getting used to, you can't deny they've digitized a lot of useful data.
